  • Provide individual therapy who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss and trauma.

  • Child-Parent Psychotherapy is an evidence-based treatment model for children aged birth to 5 years old and their caregiver(s) who have experienced at least one traumatic event such as domestic violence, physical and/or sexual abuse, the loss of a parent through death or divorce, attachment difficulties and/or behavior problems. CPP is a relationship-based model and its central goal is to support and strengthen the child-parent relationship, which will serve as a vehicle to restoring and protecting the child’s sense of safety, attachment, and appropriate affect; and improve the child's cognitive, behavioral, and social functioning.

  • A relationship-based approach provided to pregnant and new parents. P-CPP provides support to parents who are grappling with the new reality of becoming parents. This approach provides mothers and fathers the support they need when their adverse life circumstances and emotional and interpersonal difficulties interfere with their ability to love, care, and protect their baby.

  • COSP’s objective is to teach how the Circle of Security can help build stronger and more secure relationships with children.
